The compact rotary tablet press
PZ-ZERO is a compact rotary tablet press suitable for R&D requirements and small production batches.
The machine can be equipped with a special turret that allows installation of both B and D punches.
The production area has been designed for the maximum accessibility. 4 transparent doors give unimpeded 4-sided access for cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Optional system for fast tool-holder turret removal by means of a guide located internally to the machine and replacement of the central section, which is constructed in one piece avoiding the use of dies.
There is also the possibility of adding FIT software which allows the analysis of the compression force, precompression, ejection and tablet scrape off force, besides the analysis of the upper and lower punch displacement with extreme precision. Ideal for R&D needs.
