Washable rotary tablet press

PZ-UNO WIP is a medium size rotary tablet press perfect for small to medium production requirements.

The distinctive and innovative feature of this new tablet press is the possibility to wash each part in contact with the product, e.g. dust feeder, die-holding turret and all the devices involved in the process stages, dies and outlet chute.

An optional lifting system allows removing the die-holding turret and placing it on the appropriate table for an easier die format change and a check of the internal devices.

Innovative Containment System

This machine features a stainless steel frame enclosing all the washable parts. Inflatable seals and a stainless steel triclamp clutch system assure both water containment along the whole production process and an OEB5 insulation level. The machine can also be fitted with an external pre-chamber for materials feeding.

R&D FIT software

There is also the possibility of adding FIT software which allows the analysis of the compression force, precompression, ejection and tablet scrape off force, sides the analysis of the upper and lower punch displacement with extreme precision. Ideal for R&D needs.
