The compact design and robust structure of this press ensure that it meets international cGMP standards. Its user-friendly design and easy access to the compression area from four sides help create a convenient and comfortable work environment.
Turret change (Built in)
The upper and lower compression rollers are connected to each other. This makes high pressing loads possible without the machine vibrating, and also minimises wear and tear. The same system is also used for pre-compression.
Compression rolls vibration free
The turret lifting device has the advantage of being completely separate from the machine itself and it can be installed simply when the turret needs replacing. The turret is easily lifted and lowered using a screw with ratchet wrench. It is then slided along the track outside the press.
ControlPress HMI system Control cabinet
ControlPress is composed by a touch screen computer system and PLC conforms to 21 CFR part 11 ( FDA ) and is designated to be handled easily even by non-skilled users. Easy monitoring view, various data & parameters storage and load, precise weight control are the prominent features of ControlPress system.
